Teamwork

My teammates, Melissa and Ana, and I, have read the Teamwork website and discussed some key features.  We have decided that to work efficiently and effectively with a team it is important to take responsibility for our work and to be open with each other.  This project is very involved and all of us will need to be on top of our game in order to be successful in the end.  After discussing about our group, it was decided that it would work best if we just got to know each other and automatically had good attitudes about our project and group.

In past assignments, we have all experienced that partner who doesn’t listen to others or that doesn’t help with anything.  We discussed this and as three young mature ladies we decided to all be fair, listen to each other, not criticize anything before trying it, and to show respect for all teammates.  We determined that we really shouldn’t run into any problems that will affect our group work.  If any problem should arise, we feel that discussion should fix the problem.  Trial and error should solve any issues we have about design and as a last resort we could take a vote.

Overall, the three of us seemed to get along well when we met each other.  We all know that we have to be responsible and contribute equally to our group.  We should have no problem behaving as a team during this project.
